RETURN POLICY

At Military4u we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund of the item price within 30 days (14 days for Used Category) of receipt, as long as they are in the same condition as you received them, with any packaging, labels and tags intact. You must contact us by email at sales within 14 days of the item being delivered. So, feel free to order and try any of our fantastic range with our NO QUIBBLE, NO QUESTION returns policy.

You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery. If your order is delivered damaged or wrong item received, we will send a return paid label to the purchaser within 2 working of receiving their return request email.

How to return your order

• You must contact us by email at sales
• Please return the item to the address below, with original packaging and slip are in the same condition as you received along with a note of your name, address and that you require a refund of the item cost minus postage cost.
• All refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

• Make sure the senders' address is ON the box and preferably ON the item inside too. Consignments without the sender's address will be removed and disposed of after 60 days of receiving.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please contact us by email within 5 days of receipt at sales and returns. Please ensure you return the item in the same condition as received along with a note of your name, address and required size or new item.
